The Shire of Collie is seeking an organised and proactive HR professional with proven experience in HR strategy, organisational development and leading cultural transformation in diverse environments.
Key responsibilities of the position will include:
• coordinate the delivery of human resource services to all employees within the Shire of Collie in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management Team;
• implement the Shire of Collie Workforce Plan in consultation with CEO and Executive Management Team;
• support the executive group in developing a cohesive and inclusive working environment which aligns with Council’s values.
An attractive remuneration package up to $119,000 will be offered, with a cash component between $97,000 – $101,000 based on skills and experience. Residing within the Shire of Collie will be highly regarded but is not essential, and a housing allowance will be offered for such. Flexible employment options will be considered based on working 0.8FTE or full-time.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources plus a minimum 2 years’ experience in contemporary Human Resource practices, including recruitment, employee development and training are essential to being successful in this role.
