The Shire of Collie is led by the Chief Executive Officer  (CEO), who provides strategic direction and operational guidance to the organisation. Functional responsibilities include Strategic and Corporate Planning, Elected Member Services, Investment Attraction & Economic Development, Administrative Leadership, Human Resources, Risk & WHS and Governance.

The Corporate & Community team are committed to providing excellence in financial management and reporting, while fostering a strong and connected Collie community. Functional responsibilities include Financial Management & Reporting, Rates, Information Technology, Asset Management, Records, Sport & Recreation, Collie Mineworkers Memorial Swimming Pool, Roche Park Recreation Centre, Collie Public Library, Community Development and Governance Light Fleet.

Director Operations

The Operations team are committed to catering for the current and future needs of roads, parks, reserves, drainage, waste, buildings, cemetery and asset management. Functional responsibilities include Infrastructure and Operations, Design and Survey, Parks and Gardens, Road and Civil Works, Waste, Buildings, Buildings & Infrastructure Asset Management, and Heavy Fleet.

The Development Services team are committed to providing essential services that support strong and well planned development and growth, while activating the Collie townsite to create a vibrant, dynamic, safe and attractive place to live and visit. Functional responsibilities include Town Planning Services, Strategic Development, Building Services, Environmental Health, Tourism & Marketing, Ranger & Emergency Services.
