Functional responsibilities include Financial Management & Reporting, Rates, Information Technology, Asset Management, Records, Sport & Recreation, Collie Mineworkers Memorial Swimming Pool, Roche Park Recreation Centre, Collie Public Library, Community Development and Governance Light Fleet.

The Operations team are committed to catering for the current and future needs of roads, parks, reserves, drainage, waste, buildings, cemetery and asset management. Functional responsibilities include Infrastructure and Operations, Design and Survey, Parks and Gardens, Road and Civil Works, Waste, Buildings, Buildings & Infrastructure Asset Management, and Heavy Fleet.
