We are proud to offer a range of programs and events for all ages, including:

Activetots  –  Let the kids play while you join a morning fitness class! For kids aged 18 months to 4 years. $20 multipass for 5 sessions. Bookings are essential.

Boxing  –  Casual senior and junior (ages 10 years +) sessions, with a focus on building fitness and strength.

Group fitness classes  –  including Les Mills BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT, Body BALANCE and RPM, plus our newly introduced Metafit sessions. If you want to work out in a friendly atmosphere, lead by professional instructors, then this is for you!

Indoor women’s hockey  –  Summer indoor competition. Individual and team nominations accepted.

Junior Basketball  –  Learn the basic skills of basketball, then work your way up to modified games. For 5-8 year olds.

Latin line dancing  –  ChaCha, Rumba, Burlesque and more! A social and fun session, with new and old dances each week. Fantastic for coordination and balance.

Skate nights  –  for school age children (Kindy to Year 6), held on Friday nights (various dates throughout the year).

Social netball  –  Ladies and mixed competitions/ Summer and winter seasons. Team and individual nominations accepted.
